Jenn and Shad met one late July day at the local bowling alley in 2019. They became friends and enjoyed chatting and getting to know one another. They had many things in common and found an easy friendship. After being in relationships that were not right they were both guarded and not ready to jump into anything. 
In December Shad dazzled Jenn's taste buds by bringing her some smoked ham and homemade English toffee. Two of her favorites. New Years Eve came and while Jenn was working, Shad came down and Jenn used her favorite red lip stain to kiss Shad on the cheek at midnight. 
It took until January for Shad to ask Jenn out, and they have been together most every day since. That is not to say that they haven't faced difficulties in their relationship. They have separated a couple of times as blending a family is not easy, especially when there as many things going on as they have. Through it all they have worked hard and made it. It hasn't been easy but it has definitely been worth it. 
Through birthdays (Shad's 50th with 50 shots, Aaron's first, Logan's 18th, Jenn's 40th surprise, Bradley turning 21 and many more), Jenn going back to college and graduating and the joining of Jenn's grandson Aaron to the family, to loss of such special family members (We miss you deeply Kelly, Uncle Mike and Grandma Reed) and spending holidays together, Bradley and Logan's graduations from high school, Brad graduating from College, Victoria and all of her activities and all of the things yet to come. New businesses for both Shad and Jenn, the new jobs Jenn has aquired over the last two years. There is no one we would rather go through it all with than each other. They can not wait to spend the rest of their lives together with all that will come with it.

Shad throwing Jenn a surprise birthday party and proposing was a highlight of their relationship. All of their friends and family joining them to celebrate such a special day! They can not wait for all of you to join them in celebrating our BIGGEST day yet.
